Control4 lighting incorporates many technologies so that either indoor or outdoor lights will work automatically under certain conditions and/or on a schedule. Some of the more popular solutions feature lights that are capable of instantly switching on when someone enters a room (motion sensor) or outdoor lights that turn on automatically from dusk till dawn at specific intensities. Control4 also allows lights to interact with each other, so that they can be programmed to all turn on at specific levels, or even individually with a button press on a keypad, remote or on your smartphone/tablet. - Home theater control

Distributed Audio
Distributed Audio is a function in which a Multi-Zone Amplifier "Matrixed" can send a second, third, and/or fourth source signal (Online music services, Cable/Satellite boxes, CD players etc.) to speakers in multiple locations. The Multi-Zone function allows the user to actually control either the same, or separate sources in multiple locations with independent volume controls for each zone. Example, Listening to a sporting event in one room and listening to music in all other rooms.
